STEP ONE
Choose your signature experience.
Five handcrafted offerings, each thoughtfully designed to complement your celebration. Every signature package includes up to four hours of bar service, your bartender, full setup, equipment, and the personalized planning that defines the SIPS & CO. experience. Additional hours are always available and quoted in your consultation; day-of extensions are accommodated whenever possible at a premium rate.

Meet The First Pour: our fully custom 16-foot converted horse trailer, the original Sips & Co. signature bar, and the one our entire business is built around. The trailer features a fully functioning sink with running water, electrical hookups, and ample storage space.
Two professional bartenders, sophisticated design, and the kind of arrival your photographer will be thanking you for. The First Pour was crafted for weddings, outdoor gatherings, and large-scale celebrations that deserve a true centerpiece.

Holding up to 8 different flower varieties, The BloomBar brings a fresh and creative touch to any celebration. Perfect for guest favors, bridal showers, baby showers, or interactive experiences your guests will be talking about long after. Choose between drop-off rental for hosts who want to design the floral experience themselves, or our fully styled service where our team handles every detail from sourcing to setup to refresh.

From the classics to a fully crafted cocktail menu, your program covers ice, garnishes, fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, tossware, napkins, straws, and every detail required to deliver a polished experience.
Classic Sips
Classic bar service, beautifully executed.
$7 Per Guest
A complete program designed for the celebrations where guests want what they love: a vodka cranberry, a gin and tonic, a whiskey ginger, a glass of wine. Every classic mixer the bar should have, none of the guesswork.

Every SIPS & CO. booking is priced to your exact guest count, with a structure that protects both sides. Share your best estimate when you book, then confirm your final count 30 days out. Your drink program is priced to that exact number. No surprises, no haggling, no fine print.
Your count, your price
Book with your best estimate. Your final guest count is due 30 days before your event, and your drink program is priced to that exact number. No brackets, no rounding, no paying for guests who are not there.
Thirty days out
Final counts can adjust upward at any point, and may adjust downward up to 15% of your booked estimate, since we reserve your date, team, and product around it. We stock and prepare for your confirmed count, so an accurate number means every guest is covered.
The essentials
A 30% retainer secures your date. Balance due 14 days out. Every experience includes four hours of service. Travel within 30 miles of base included.
